Was very comfortable with the precautions the technician took to keep himself and me safe during this pandemic. He wore a mask and put new gloves on when he entered my home and kept socially distanced. He was also very professional. Cleaned my air units and replaced part of a hose. Would recommend using this company especially now when so many are concerned about contact with other people.

I called for a second quote for a new AC unit. I called late at night, and they came the next morning. The quote was significantly less than the previous one I had, and with a better warranty. They were able to fit me in the very next day for the installation, which was amazing because I have a newborn baby at the house. Thank you so much for a prompt and very professional installation!

Communication was good from the office to the customer. From Providing the name of the service technician to the approximate time of arrival.

The only improvement I'd like to see is if the technician is unable to arrive when time originally stated for any reason, a text or phone call to notify the customer would be so helpful indeed.

Don't have to wait long and extremely reliable.

The tech arrived early for the appointment, was polite and analysed the issue very quickly.
